Rate Increase

2/1/12 - Nicholville Telephone, with approval of the New York State Public Service Commission, has raised its rate $2.00 per residential line. This will offset our rising costs, while maintaining the high quality of customer service and support you have come to expect from Nicholville Telephone Company.

Nicholville, NY - July 21, 2011.  We are please to launch our new website which incorporates a content management systems allowing us to easily update and maintain the site.  Look for additional content in the coming weeks.

Commendation for Excellent Service

Nicholville,New York, March 21, 2007 -- The New York State Public Service Commission again recognized Nicholville Telephone Company, Inc. for providing excellent service to its customers. The Commission announced that Nicholville Telephone Company was one of 57 companies or operating divisions in New York State to receive this Commendation for excellent service for 2006. This is the eighth consecutive year that Nicholville Telephone Company has received such an outstanding ranking for its service to customers.

The Commendations for excellent service are based on Nicholville Telephone's performance in relation to service quality standards established by the Commission. The criteria to measure the condition of each company's infrastructure include an evaluation of customer trouble report rates and the number of consumer complaints received by the Commission. Measurements are taken monthly for each operating entity.

Nicholville Telephone Co. has been serving customers in St. Lawrence County for over 100 years. Today, the telephone company serves approximately 2,500 residents and businesses in their 200+ square mile territory, including the communities of Brasher, Hopkinton, Lawrence and Stockholm
